Beginning of this gastronomic journey. Meet your guide at Puerto Montt airport and transfer to your hotel in Puerto Varas. After check in we will start walking from our hotel to discover the charming town of Puerto Varas. As you traverse lovely streets with wooden architecture and captivating vistas of Llanquihue Lake and Osorno Volcano, you'll be immersed in the rich history and natural beauty of this unique destination.

In the afternoon we will embark on a truly unique culinary experience. Enjoy a welcome dinner at Espacio Patagón, under the direction of Chef Cristóbal Donoso. This place has a Laboratory Kitchen, Game Room, Barbecue Area with Dining and Terrace, and a Fire pit, all within a 5,000 m2 park.

After breakfast we will drive one hour along the south shore of Lake Llanquihue to get into the National Park Vicente Pérez Rosales to the Petrohué river waterfalls and have a short interpretative walk through the temperate rainforest.

After time for pictures enjoying the impressive view of the falls and the perfect conic shape of the Osorno volcano, we will drive back to reach a local restaurant called La Jardinera. Here we will have our lunch with a wine experience by a sommelier.

In the afternoon we will move to the countryside between the towns of Frutillar and Puerto Octay, where we will have time to learn about the german-chilean traditions of the area, to walk in the garden and pick up our own veggies in front of Llanquihue lake.

This is a unique culinary workshop where products are sourced within a 100-kilometer radius. Harvest your own ingredients guided by a local chef, and then learn to create traditional dishes that celebrate the region's flavors. With the lake's beauty as your backdrop, it's a memorable and sustainable adventure that connects you to the land and culture.

Today our destination will be the island of Chiloe, the day starts early in the morning through a ferry navigation of 30 minutes and the arrival to the small village of Chacao from we will be driving to north west to get to the reach waters of the Humboldt current for a navigation to visit the only breeding colony of Humboldt & Magellanic penguins of the southern hemisphere.

Then we will move to enjoy a typical meal of the island: the Curanto. A delicious preparation cooked in a pit in the ground on hot stones. Be ready to participate in the cooking experience and to meet our lovely host: Maria Luisa. After lunch enjoy a Walking Tour in Castro, visiting the Palafitos (houses on stilts) and the local market.

A morning dedicated to exploring the western part of the island includes a gentle hike to the mystical Muelle de las Almas (Dock of Souls), a wooden structure overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the cliffs, followed by short, scenic hikes in the nearby Chiloé National Park.

The final highlight of our trip is a truly exceptional experience. We will drive to a rural area in Central Chiloé, where we will meet our host Mauricio at El Cazador. This is not just a lunch—it’s a memorable gastronomic and cultural journey. We’ll savor an unforgettable meal featuring the finest local food and Chilean wines, all expertly prepared by this renowned chef in the intimate setting of his home
